The biggest positive was just how wonderful the location was. Cuauhtémoc was a really delightful area! It wasn't mentioned in really any tourism blogs, but it was super nice. It was a little bit less expensive than Juarez/Roma Norte and also a bit less crowded, but felt really safe and had several cute cafes. It was an easy walk to a street of nice restaurants, and a short hike from Juarez and Roma Norte. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The bed was cozy, the shower had hot water, and the porch was a great touch. With the small kitchenette we were able to make a couple meals and some snacks to cut down on costs.

I liked the natural lighting, the size of the room, the kitchen facilities and maid service. The bed was comfy and the pillows just firm enough without being too firm. The location was great and you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions if that is that you're into. Food is everywhere, you will never be hungry!

Clean room, comfy bed, 2 TVs! Close to eateries and an oxxo. The staff is super friendly and can speak English.

Completely met my expectations. Was very comfortable and supplies were nice. Secure building with 24/7 Staff was great, very accommodating and helpful. Liked the kitchenette with a large size refrigerator. Location was great for my needs. Was nice to have a balcony to relax on. The A/C worked great and was nice having an oscillating fan too!! Enjoyed the large 65" Smart TV. I was able to watch my favorite shows and movies via Netflix, Prime, YouTube and other APPs. Was also able to cast from my laptop. I didn't use the fitness center so don't know what that was like. All in all, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again! PS, I saw other reviews that mentioned noise and thin walls. I was there over the weekend and never encountered any noise or such.

Almost everything, not perfect but they did everything to accommodate and feel excellent in their beautiful city.
